This website provides information about Advanced Vision Care Center LLC and lets you request an appointment or ask a question. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care.
Your appointment is confirmed when the office speaks with you and agrees on a time. Patient intake, treatment and billing are handled separately through the practice—not through these website forms.
Understanding your costs
Listed prices are self-pay fees for the services described and may change. Insurance benefits and additional services can affect what you owe. The office confirms current fees and discusses your expected costs before your visit.
An insurance estimate is not a guarantee of coverage.
Your prescription, your choice
You can fill your prescription wherever you choose. We provide your glasses prescription after the exam that determines it, and your contact lens prescription when the fitting is complete. You do not have to buy glasses or contacts from us.
Don’t wait on urgent symptoms
Sudden vision loss, a serious eye injury, chemical exposure or severe eye pain need immediate medical attention. Contact an eye-care professional right away or go to an emergency department. Do not use a web form or wait for a callback.
For a chemical splash, begin rinsing the eye immediately with clean water while seeking emergency care.
