We encourage you to call our office with any questions you may have regarding your insurance.  We have a simple policy in regards to your insurance coverage: we always pre-verify your MEDICAL as well as VISION insurance coverage prior to your appointment.  This ensures that your insurance company will indeed cover the services rendered as you expect them to.  This reduces any confusion in regards to the coverage of the cost of your visit.

We ask that you provide us with all the pertinent information regarding your insurance when you schedule your appointment.  All copays, non-covered services, and applicable deductibles are due in full at the time of your appointment.

We accept several insurances.  We will gladly verify both your MAJOR MEDICAL and VISION insurances for any possible coverage for your eye exam. Some of the insurances we accept are:
